Made with Clean Label ingredients. This Premium Bun is made with a highly hydrated Sourdough with 3 fermentations which gives large aeration to the crumb. This provides size but a light in weight product .The addition of double malt beer to the sourdough adds to the taste profile with a semolina topping adding to texture. The use of Extra virgin olive oil gives softness and quality to the product. The product is thaw & serve and if required, a flash under the grill creates the crystalline crunchy aspect to the bite.
