We made this piece of puff pastry with the classic marking of our envoltini and filled it with a mixture of red and green bell pepper ratatouille with onion and vuna, the vegan tuna prepared with vegetable protein from Garden Gourmet, Nestlé's brand of vegan products. We paint it with vegetable protein so that all you have to do is thaw and bake it. As convenient for you as it is attractive for your vegan customers: it is a very innovative plant-based product, the first to be the alternative to fish.
